The annual Open Enrollment period for 2027 benefits has ended. However, life happens!

Experiencing a life change?
If you experience a qualifying life event (such as marriage, divorce, birth of a child, or loss of coverage due to a job change), you can update your benefit elections within 61 days after the event.
