Enrolling in Benefits

The annual Open Enrollment period for 2026 benefits has ended. However, life happens!

  1. Experiencing a life change?

    If you experience a qualifying life event (such as marriage, divorce, birth of a child, or loss of coverage due to a job change), you can update your benefit elections within 61 days after the event.

2026 Highlights

  • Get reimbursed up to $500 yearly on eligible wellbeing expenses through the LiveWell Spending Account.
  • The vision plan includes coverage for diabetic-related eyecare.
  • Teladoc virtual visits cost less regardless of your Reynolds medical plan.
  • IRS maximum contribution limits for the Health Savings Account (HSA) are $4,400 for individuals and $8,750 for families.
  • The amount you can contribute to a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is $3,300.
  • You can contribute up to $7,500 to the Dependent Day Care FSA ($3,750 if married and filing separate returns).
  • The optional Group Universal Life Insurance includes free Will Preparation and Digital Estate Planning for you, as well as free Survivor Support for your family through Empathy.
  • Fidelity’s complimentary 1:1 coaching program offers more support for spending strategies, debt management, emergency savings and financial protection.
  • Secure 2.0 Act changes may affect taxation of 401k catch-up contributions for those ages 50 or older, and it offers a higher catch-up contribution opportunity for those ages 60 to 63.
